ChargeTenders publishes EV charging and related public procurement notices gathered from official sources. You can reach us through the contact page.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not run analytics that profile you across sites, and we do not ask for anything we do not need.
Your email address is used to send the digest you asked for and, for Pro subscribers, to deliver access and billing notices. Contact form details are used only to answer you. Server logs are used for security and reliability. We rely on your consent for the digest and on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website for the rest.
We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing. A small number of processors handle it on our behalf: Cloudflare hosts the site and serves traffic, Resend delivers our email, and Gumroad processes Pro payments and holds the billing relationship. Each acts under its own privacy terms.
Digest subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form correspondence is kept for up to two years. Server logs are kept for a short retention window set by our host.
Every digest email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it, and you can object to a particular use. Write to us through the contact page and we will action it. If you are in the UK or the EU and you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site against automated abuse.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects subscribers, say so in the digest.
