Danish public buyers publish contract notices on udbud.dk, the national procurement portal operated jointly by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen) and the Danish Business Authority. Udbud.dk lists national tenders, EU-threshold tenders, and public bodies' forward purchasing plans, and also carries below-EU-threshold contracts that nonetheless have clear cross-border interest, as required under Danish procurement law. Above EU thresholds, notices are additionally published on TED. A number of Danish public bodies also buy through SKI (Statens og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice), a central purchasing body that runs framework agreements municipalities and regions can call off from directly. Typical buyers are kommuner (municipalities) rolling out public and fleet charging, and regioner (regions) covering hospital and transit fleets. Denmark is an EU member but outside the eurozone, so contract values are quoted in DKK. Contract forms include direct supply-and-install agreements, SKI framework call-offs, and multi-year operation-and-maintenance contracts for public charging networks.
